BIOGRAPHY

Lou Ferrigno was born in the year 1951 on November 9th. He was born in Brooklyn, USA. He has been very popular for the roles that he has played on television.

He has also acted in many Hollywood movies. Some of the shows that Ferrigno acted in are The Incredible Hulk, this became very popular.

He played the main character in this serial. Other shows are Pumping Iron, Sindbad of the Seven Seas, Hercules etc.

When Lou was thirteen years old he suffered from an ear infection because of which he lost eighty percent of this hearing power. He then concentrated on bodybuilding.

He educated from the Brooklyn Technical High School in the year 1969. In the year 1973, Ferrigno won the title of IFBB Mr. America and Mr. Universe. He also participated in the Mr. Olympia contest and stood second.

Lou Ferrigno weighs around 285 lbs and his height is 6.5 inches. He was one among the best bodybuilders at one time. This is because of his height. He wed Susan Groff in the year 1978. But they parted ways in a year’s time. Later in the year 1980 he got married to Carla Green who was a psychotherapist. He was blessed with three children. They are named Shanna, Louis and Brent.

Ferrigno got an opportunity to play himself in the serial, The King of Queens which started in the year 2000. It went on till the year 2007. He has also been seen on advertisements and has given guest appearances in some roles. He was elected as the Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy in the year 2006 on February 13th.

He has started his own business of fitness equipments. The company is called Ferrigno Fitness. Even today, he is very fond of bodybuilding and is has kept up the mark. Some movies that Lou Ferrigno has acted in are Surge of Power, The Naked Truth, The Adventures of Hercules, Pumping Iron, The Godson, The Death of the Incredible Hulk, The Trial of the Incredible Hulk, and Hercules in the year 1983 etc.

Being partially deaf did not deter Ferrigno at all. He was more motivated to build his body. This was beneficial for him as he won many awards in competitions and got roles to act in television serials and so also in movies. His father and mother that are Matthew Ferrigno and Victoria Ferrigno were together seen in the documentary the Pumping Iron. He turned out to be a successful actor and bodybuilder.

Rich Gaspari (born May 16, 1963) is a former professional bodybuilder from 1980s and early 1990s. Gaspari was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame in 2004.

Like many former and current bodybuilders, Rich started his own supplement company. The company was formed in 2001. The company's products include "IntraPro", "SuperPump250", and "SizeOn", three popular bodybuilding supplements

BIOGRAPHY

Flex Wheeler was born in the year 1965 on august 23rd. he was born in Fresno, California, USA. His real name is Kenneth Wheeler.

He is five feet nine inches tall and weighs 235 lbs during competitions and 275 lbs in other seasons. His arms measure 22 inches.

As a teenager Wheeler always wanted to get into martial arts. This led him to bodybuilding. He started his career working for the police force. He then opted to full time bodybuilding.

This is where he earned the name Flex. He started participating in event from 1983 but it was in the year 1989 that he actually won the title NPC Mr. California. He has won the Pro winner five times and the Arnold Classic four times.

In the year 1994, Wheeler met with an accident and was to be paralyzed for the rest of his life. But he was very determined to stand up on his own feet. He started working out right from the beginning and was cured quiet early. In the year 1999, he was diagnosed with Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. This is a type of a disease in the kidney. He then retired in the year 2002. A kidney transplant was done in the year 2003.

After retiring Wheeler again concentrated on what he first wanted to do that is martial arts. Kemp-Kwon-Do is what he is specialized in. in the Arnold Classic Wheeler demonstrated his fights.

Some of the contest won by Wheeler is AAU Teen Mr. America, NPC California championship, NPC USA Championship, IFBB Iron man Pro Invitational, IFBB Arnold Classic, IFBB Night of the Champions, IFBB Florida cup Pro, IFBB San Jose Pro, IFBB Hungarian Grand Prix. Some other contests where he participated are, IFBB Mr. Olympia, IFBB Grand Prix England, IFBB Canada Pro Classic, IFBB Grand Prix Spain, NPC Nationals etc.

Flex is also called as The Sultan of Symmetry. This is because of his excellent body and because he is a thorough professional. He has been regarded as being rude and over confident on stage at times. He is a strong man and works out for his body on a daily basis.

Currently he is concentrating on martial arts and is doing well in it. Bodybuilding has been a passion for him and he has lived for it all his life. It was also said that the muscles of Wheeler were because of genetic mutation.

Wheeler is a fighter as he had the capacity to fight all his problems and resolve them. The major problem was his accident that would have left him bed ridden for life. But he did not lose faith and had good will power which was why he was able to stand up again.
